Q: Why do you put my information into the PDF that I buy?
A: While we appreciate your moral upstanding, we have decided this is the best way to curtail your desire to share the lesson you purchased on the internet. We don't prevent you from printing out the file you purchase. We don't have any crazy DRM on the file(s) you purchase either. We wanted it to be as easy to use as possible yet make it less likely to be given to others without rewarding us for our hard work. Fair enough?

Q: I'm having trouble viewing the videos that are linked in the PDF.
A: We hate pop-up windows on the internet as much as you do. Unfortunately due to the nature of the programming involved to make our videos happen, you may have to check to see if your web browser has pop-up windows blocked. If so, you'll need to turn off the pop-up blocker when wanting to see the videos. If you're still having trouble and you're not blocking pop-up windows, then we'd be as stumped as you. Why? Because we double and triple check each lesson to make sure the videos are working.

Q: Can I become a teacher?
A: If you're a working professional guitar player, then do get a hold of us if you feel you can provide a unique insight to learning the guitar. We have certain guidelines we're working with and if you can handle it then you're likely to be a good match for the site.

Q: Will you do lessons that cover specific songs?
A: There are issues with copyright and royalties. Thus we are not likely to add lessons to specific popular songs. However, several of our teachers on each Killer Lesson site (Guitar, Bass, Drums, etc) has expressed an interest in working together to provide lessons that coincide with a band type setting. Lessons like this will be coming in the future.

Q: Can I suggest a lesson I'd like to see?
A: Of course. It would definitely help us create the content you'd like to have as a lesson.

Q: Are you going to get famous guitarists to do lessons?
A: Funny you should ask. Actually the answer is yes. We can't tell you how soon that will happen but several that we have already talked to have expressed interest in providing lessons for Killer Guitar Lessons. Check back periodically.

Q: Can I give my purchase to my buddy?
A: We can't stop you. However, it's not going to make us happy. But then if you don't mind your buddy having the personal information that is saved in the file(s) you purchase, then as we stated, we can't stop you.
